We're well into our second week of 2019, and I have to say, it took me this long to write about the new year because all the gravitas given to the date change and subsequent resolutions was quite overwhelming.
In an effort to not contribute to the saturation of end-of-year recaps, I'll just say that 2018 brought about a lot of surprises. Starting the business was one of them, but your support was an even bigger one. I can't thank you enough for that.
I'm excited about this year, but more so because I'm now back to work and ready to create more. A new page in the calendar won't magically promise success and changed habits, but putting in time and the energy will.
The few weeks I took off from selling new products have been spent creating. I've released some sneak peaks on Instagram of new pieces (some fine jewellery, some bags) and asked you what you wanted to see. Based off that, a goal of mine is to better utilize the site -- not just as a vessel for you to shop in, but also one to be inspired by. I have a fantastic line up of muses with whom I'll be chatting with monthly and whose input on creativity and style I think will make for really great content.
I also asked if any of you read newsletters (as many signed up for ours) and the response was overwhelmingly positive (to my surprise!). I hope to get that out monthly to notify you of new products as well as our muse of the month for you to check out :-)
We also have more wholesale opportunities coming so you might be able to purchase some Neophyte goods in your own city! If you're interested in carrying our products in your store, shoot me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org :-)
Thanks again for all your support last year. And let me know what you want to see more of in this one -- products, blog posts, Instagram stories... Just drop me a line or slide in my DMs.
Also if you made it this far, here's a treat: the next drop is Thursday. See you then!
